Has Foxhound been delivered too late to make a difference in Afghanistan?

Foxhound would need to be there in numbers to achieve any real operational benefit. Seems to me its an exercise in operational testing to ensure technical specs really are right and firm up on its operational deployment capabilities. There is also the 'proved on operations' tag for export advertising/orders too.
